Delete your Leafmend data

On your phone

Your plants, photos, results and chats are stored only on your phone. Open a plant and tap Delete this plant, or uninstall Leafmend to delete all of them.

On our server

Our server never stores your photos, notes, results or chats. It does keep your install ID, your monthly counts, purchase records and any answers you reported (see the privacy policy). To delete them:

1. In the app, open Plans (tap the "checks left" line on the home screen) and note the support code at the bottom.
2. Email contact@managewithoptima.com with the subject "Delete my Leafmend data" and include the support code (or your Google Play order number, which starts with GPA).

We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm. Remaining credits and any Plus time can't be restored after deletion, so cancel Plus in Google Play first if you have it. Google keeps its own record of your purchases under Google's privacy policy.
